Dysart Willis Houchin & Hubbard is proud to announce the addition of tax services to the firm’s portfolio of practice areas. Attorney Linsay Boyce leads the firm’s tax practice which includes civil and criminal representation for both individuals and corporations. Ms. Boyce recently joined the firm after previously practicing in South Carolina where she gained years of experience representing individuals and businesses in a variety of tax specific cases including tax litigation, investigations, criminal tax issues, and tax dispute and resolution.

The addition of a formal tax practice will allow Dysart Willis Houchin & Hubbard to more completely serve the needs of its clients and will bolster the firm’s existing business representation and white collar criminal practices. The firm is poised to advise individuals and entities with general tax questions as well as those facing investigation by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or Department of Revenue (DOR) in either North Carolina and South Carolina.

If you are involved in a tax dispute or have questions about your tax obligations, contact the attorneys at Dysart Willis Houchin & Hubbard to discuss how we can help.
